We are working hard to make the accessibility process as smooth as possible.

We are pleased to be working with Nimbus Disability, using their Access Card Scheme to provide our customers with access requirements a more consistent and better experience.

Using the scheme, we offer support such as essential companion tickets (whereby a 50% carer discount will be automatically applied to your +1 carer), and queue assists. All attendees requiring these access provisions will go through Nimbus to validate their requirements, ensuring we provide reasonable adjustments while protecting against potential misuse.

How It Works

  • Submit a free application for a Digital Access Pass (DAP) via Nimbus.
  • Provide relevant evidence to allocate symbols that represent the barriers you face.
  • The DAP lasts for three years, simplifying access provisions for our events.
